Our Story
Stewart and Kurt are first cousins and childhood neighbors who grew up on opposite sides of ‘Haverhill Road’ in metro Detroit. After 15+ years of gaining commercial real estate experience across many functions and geographies, the two found their way back to Detroit, joined forces in late 2024, and Haverhill Partners was born.
We take a two-pronged approach to real estate by investing in multifamily and industrial properties. We target properties with strong, stable cash flow. These investments offer short-term returns while also providing long-term potential for capital appreciation.
