MANAGING PARTNER

Stewart co-founded Haverhill Partners in 2024 and leads acquisitions, asset management, and investor relations. With over $6 billion in transaction experience, Stewart has a strong background in multifamily and student housing assets, having previously worked with JLL Capital Markets, HFF, and other industry leaders. He holds a BS in Finance from Miami University and an MBA from the University of Michigan. Stewart is a Michigan native and currently resides in metro Detroit.

Kurt co-founded Haverhill Partners in 2024, specializing in acquisitions, asset management, and investor relations. Prior to Haverhill, Kurt worked for Crestlight Capital, where he helped purchase 3.8 million square feet of industrial assets across the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic regions. Kurt holds a BS in Finance from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the University of North Carolina. Kurt is a Michigan native and currently resides in metro Detroit.
